Returns / Exchanges Policy
Keeping Our Customers happy is our top priority! Though we are confident you will love your pieces from us, if you need to return item(s) please send within 7 days after receiving your order. Authorization is required before returning or will be subject to a 30% Restock fee.
- NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Due to the pace of our business, No changes can be made once an order has been placed. Cancelations can only be made for store credit
- Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping, unless the order was filled in error or defective. When returning, we recommend using trackable service.
- All Returns must be authorized via Authorization form https://www.sabrakboutique.com/pages/return-authorization
- RETURN ITEMS MUST be POSTMARKED no later than 7 days from the delivered date.
- Returns must be in original condition(unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make up stains with original tags & packaging). Sale items, Items labeled FS, Discounted items, Promo Items, Exchanged items, Sample Boxes, accessories, Sparkle, tights, stockings, bodysuits or swimsuits are FINAL SALE. These items are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Once we receive your returned goods, an E-Gift card will be issued to the email address on file.
- Items sent back beyond 7 days are subject to a 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
