Returns / Exchanges Policy
Keeping Our Customers happy is our top priority! Though we are confident you will love your pieces from us, if you need to return item(s) please send within 7 days after receiving your order. Authorization is required before returning or will be subject to a 30% Restock fee.
- NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Due to the pace of our business, No changes can be made once an order has been placed. Cancelations can only be made for store credit. We can not cancel any orders that have already been fulfilled.
- Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping, unless the order was filled in error or defective. When returning, we recommend using trackable service.

- RETURN ITEMS MUST be POSTMARKED no later than 7 days from the delivered date.
- For seamless In-Store returns please fill out return requests before visiting location. An E-Gift Card will be sent to your email and can only be used for online.
- Returns must be in original condition(unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make up stains with original tags & packaging). Final Sale items, Discounted items, Promo Items, Exchanged items, Sample Boxes, Accessories, Sparkle, Bodysuits or Swimsuits are FINAL SALE . These items are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Once we receive your returned goods, an E-Gift card will be issued to the email address on file. (E-Gift & Gift cards Expire within 1 Year) Items purchased with store credit will now become FINAL SALE, unless a mistake has been been on our end.
- Items sent back beyond 7 days are subject to a 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
